This year's Austin Flute Festival is going to be fantastic! Thomas has donated 3 COAs and even a Haynes Amadeus flute to the festival. Thomas will also be sponsoring the Jr. Division Young Artist Competition and judging the Sr. Division Young Artist Competition. ALSO: Don't miss the workshops and concerts with guest artist Christina Jennings, one of Thomas' former teachers. The picture below is old oil from a Yamaha student flute that was brought to me. The oil was becoming an abrasive it was so old! As you can see there is that orange color on the paper towel... THAT'S RUST! Please bring your flute to me so it is cleaned, oiled, and adjusted properly the first time.
